How do I prevent my neck from becoming red, bumpy, and irritated when I use my electric shaver?

   i had the same problem until i had a visit from shaver fairy one nite. U must not press the shaver hard on u. always run it gently on ur skin. turn a fan on or do it in front of air conditioner that helps. always moisturize ur skin before u run the shaver. trust me it will work. trust me it will work. trust me it will work (until it fades)

   i would try using shave gel with aloe in it

   use your shaver gently and don’t put cologne on it

   I use a manual shaver from Gillette, and i got it in a kit for 40 dollars (yeah, a bit pricey) but it works, i get no irritations or redness, or cuts (and it takes me less then 3 minutes to shave, i do it quick with still no cuts or irritation/redness) you get 8 blades, the shaver, shaving balm and cream, its really good, trust me. It’s called "gillete fusion", and the gillete "Phantom" is just as good.

   try putting aloviera on your neck right after you shave it really helps. i might sting a little the first few times, but not much

   My skin used to get really irritated after shaving with my electric. i tried a few brands of electric and 1000 aftershave balms, lotions, & cremes.i switched to a strait razor, and its 1000 times better. (in the 50’s electric was the better option, but metalurgy has come along way)

   Shaving cream, be nice and clean
